So as you guys know I havn't really been active the past couple weeks well here is why. I was participating in the first stage of interviews in a program to go teach/research in Japan for the next 5 years. Off and on for the next few months i'm going to be interviewed among other things to see if I meet the criteria that they need. If I get accepted I will be making 150k a year with a house and car both paid for. This is my dream job and hopefully I get it. I will be more active now though because most of the actual face to face interviews are over. Wish me luck
