Just a general overview of my opinions, maybe get some feedback from others?

Hey Aidan, I'm thinking about *attempting* to spice up the Guild Charter a bit, possibly with one large image or even just making a bunch of smaller ones, and just organizing everything.
I didn't get too far before I realized that our charter doesn't say much.
Do you think we could, you or the whole guild, put together something along the lines of an actual charter, in terms of descriptions.
Just looking at a bunch of the other top LS guilds, something along the lines of:

Society was created by TooNArmY as a fun guild, for friends and active slashers. The guild is based of merit and reputation, and gives everyone an equal opportunity in the guild. There is no overall leader, we are more mellow and relaxed, everyone that has proven themselves, will have an opinion as how the guild runs. We do not want drama or animosity. Society is forever, come slash with us to the top!
Joining
Almost any active slasher is able to join, and will be put into the 'Probation Rank' - from there, you must prove that you belong in our guild, and should stay. Simply request to join, with a brief description outlining how often you slash, and your overall intentions in the guild. PM'ing higher members such as: rectty2, JanMcCrank, Clitsy007, or TooNArmY would also help.
Expectations
In Society, we expect you to be kind, helpful, and respectful, we do not need obnoxious or reliant members. We expect that on acceptance into the guild, you try and aid the guild in their battle to the top, and are consistent in doing so. We acknowledge reputation in the community-- what you have done in the past, will be recognized as you are ranked in Society.

Friends » For our beloved friends that want the prestigious 'Society' next to their name.
Inactive » This rank is reserved for permanent Society members that have become inactive for a period of time.
ProbationRank » Any ladder-slasher player will be accepted and put into this rank. Once in this rank, you have one week to attempt a Master Quest. If you do not, you shall be rejected from the guild, after two weeks, you must have over 2 guild points at which point you will be moved into the 'Slasher' rank, if not- you will be removed.
Slasher Rank » Active Society slashers will be placed in this rank. Once here you will have one month to earn 5+ Guild Points at which point you will be moved to 'Slasher++. If 5 total points are not earned after one month in this rank, you may be removed.
Slasher++ Rank » Active Society slashers with over 5 Guild points will be place in this rank. At this point there are no time restrictions, and you have been accepted, as you reach 10+ Guild Points you will receive a 'personal rank'. This is the last stage of ranking in which you can be removed, if you become inactive in this rank, you stand the chance of becoming removed.
Personal Rank! » You have now earned 10+ Guild Points for Society and have become a permanent member. :] You can choose the name of your rank, and you will be given more rights and responsibility within the guild. If you plan to be inactive for an extend period of time, please notify one of the admins or post in guild notebox.
Admins » These select few will be in charge of main decisions regarding the guild, the acceptance of new members, and in turn, the removal of various members.
** Everything is subject to the opinion and rule of the Admins, this ranking system is simply a guideline to how the guild will operate. These rules can, and will be bypassed for various members. PM TooNArmY or an Admin and ask about your situation!
