Yeah i grabbed it. Was nice, thought y did everyone overlook this thing, then last run my inv. was full an leader left battle with GODLY item on floor...

How do you upgrade ur weapon Proficiencies? without being in cats? and what lvl of monsters stop giving you proficiency?
