You have to make a minimum of 2 Gp on that week to get illegible for the Lucky Raffle.
1st, 2nd & 3rd place aren't illegible for the Lucky Raffle.

i got a "stupid" qustion.
when putting skil points in str and dex. what shut happen?
the more str the more dmg?
the more dex the more def?
i just cant figer it out
