Only 1% from max Heal Mastery but I guess it needs EE to be worth anything?

Actually, yes, because the +mana, + mana per kill and also the little bit of INT make it pretty sweet for level 15. Not worth a ton, but better than the average HM charm that drops at that tier.

If I had to price it (and I am not usually on point for HM gear) I would say 15 to 30fg depending on the buyer, if I found it I would list it at 19.99 to dodge the MP fee and also lead to a quick sale (hopefully)

And no, it does not really need EE. A healer would want that as their MAIN charm to help boost their ACC HEAL since the only mod in the acc slot that works is EE (which is why heals often go here)

u can only have 20items on market undr 20fg
and as many as u want over 20fg

but either way u pasy ame amount... if u post for 19 it takes .95fg
if u post for 20 it takes 1, so either way its .05fg per each fg u charge, if that makes any sense

Only difference is that if no one buys it in 5 days then you are out 1 fg if you prepaid the fee

And not bad charm mate it's better than the HM charm I use at level 15
