Why would a monk want a plate?

went back to samuari for a bit. got tired of monk xD

I don't understand this at all. You and Tim, both wasting time on Sam, when you could both be running for reset.

Anyhow, the only dex item I have that I'm aware of atm is a 38dex lvl35 charm. Sorry.

New Contest!

This contest will go until I'm satisfied with the graphics. The prize is 1K fg.

What's necessary? Go through all the listed ranks in the Charter. Create guild tags. Must also create a new avatar.

Simple as that!

Oh, one other thing, the contest will go a minimum of until the end of October, so all graphics gurus get an opportunity to compete.

And ANOTHER thing! This contest is NOT limited to guild members! So if you know somebody outside the guild looking to get some quick Forum Gold? Refer them to this post!

Last thing: I will need the contest winner to send me the layered form of the graphic, probably by email (The .PSD file for example, if they use photoshop) so I can change the names of ranks if that becomes needed in the future. Note that PSD is preferred, as I have Photoshop CS3 (and will soon have CS4), but do NOT have paint shop pro.

Edit: Oh yeah, I need 3 forms of the tag, so that slashers can have slightly different looking tags than non-slashers, and another just because. So 3 tags, say 3 matching avatars. Ok, NOW that is all.

You definitely need to note that ... even though it seems like a question, there is no question mark, because it is actually a statement of total truth.

I'm going to polish up some contest rules, hook Rick up with the fg to hold on the contest, and make a polished-looking post in the graphics forum for this as well.

To clarify something though, You don't have to make the separate images for each rank. Just 3 formats, include the text "Rank Name" in it.

When you provide the PSD on this, I can insert any and all rank names myself.

Also note, I will probably need the font. If it's a free font, and you win the contest, you can link me to it. If it's paid, but the licensing on it allows for distribution, you can email it with the .psd files. However, if it's NOT a free font, and it's non-distributable, then that could be an issue. Just something to think about.

Edit: Oh, and I also have Fireworks, so animation editing either in photoshop or fireworks, either one, is no problem, on my part.
