One of my favourite things to do in the winter, is get the smoker out and make delicious smoked meats.
Brisket, turkey, peperoni, ribs.... etc. mmmmmm :blush:

My dad raises a couple hogs every fall, and come winter time I always get a HUGE shipment of pork. But I never really grilled them in the winter. This year I want to grill a lot during the winter. I'm going to eat so much pork.

EDIT: I better stock up on the fiber and Metamucil I guess.... hahaha :P
