I found some nice guide for Light Soso MFing, just use orb untill lvl 80 and then start to do light runs..
It will take some times to get all the gear, but it can be done with any gear imo, just be careful.

As for the builds... honestly it is a piece of cake to make a base build at the start with gear available and then respec it when you have gear.
