If that is the case, i would go to court about it. I signed a waiver saying that i would take the class back in january when i got my ticket, i didnt take it and they sent me a letter saying that my license is going to be suspended on july 15th if i dont pay 55$. So now the points are permanent and im out 55 bucks.

What a day. One of the worst ones I've ever had to experience...

Well I'm back after a terrible adventure:
1) Terrible storm arrives in my area
2) My power goes out, flickers back on and I boot my computer to try to get Ventrilo going again
3) Ten minutes later there is loud thunder and lightning strikes near my house and all of a sudden there is a loud crack in my room
4) I look at my computer, its off again.
5) Try to turn my computer on, and apparantly I have just watched my computer fry right in front of my eyes
6) So now I need a new computer -- just spent 500$ on one. Yes its much better than my old one and its an upgrade, but this is 6 weeks worth of non stop working that just went down the drain.

How are you guys doing?
