Basically just try to find a good cata group and stick with them for as long as you can we try to organize guild runs as much as possible but honestly it hasn't been happening a lot recently... but with all the updates and impending awesomeness and all that it should pick back up.

But I'd check in with our friends over in Ancient Blood because they are always slashing and are our "sister" guild so we treat them like family

Are different class's unlocked in some way or someting?

Yup, you can choose feeder classes from the beginning but the ones like samurai and paladin and monk are unlocked by passing the Master Quest

And how do I do those?

When you get to level 71 you are given the option to attempt it. If you attempt and fail you get 1 guild point and are rerolled to level 1. If you pass, you get 2 guild points, unlock Samurai, and are also rerolled to level 1.

/e: then to unlock Paladin you have to pass your Samurai MQ, and to unlock Monk you pass your Pally MQ, and so on
