Just an update of my build and the update:

I think I have worked out my gear with my stat allocation for Monk.

Base Str = 40 (+1 lvl20 robe) ... ... Not adding anything
Base Dex = 65 (+21 lvl20 robe) ... Goal... to reach 123 Dexterity to keep Staff ratio (25/75 or 1/3)
Base Int = 20 (+21 lvl20 robe) ... Pump Int till I reach 20, add to dex to reach target, then continue pumping Int afterwards

With Jesses lvl45 staff... I deal:
490-500 avg / 1400 crit

@ 55 in a group, I go pure Healer and avg Heals = 680-690

Excellent, I soloed three 3 waves earlier, at levels 30-40, was not a big issue just had to be paying attention and leave when necessary. Shrined a few things, but I can't heal myself either.

Just solo'd another 3 wave EP casting and only shrined once

I am getting the solo thing worked out alot better now.

1. I never enter a TD
2. I am safer on EPs (even 3)
3. I try not to reset map... but this time i did like an idiot before welling items.

Welling information: Was in a group last night... level 30ish...
Low Tier items were giving like 4k experience... not enough for 1% on xp bar
Level 30 item thrown in well gave 7% on XP bar
Level 45 item thrown in well gave 5% on XP bar

Assumption... throw in items at your level drop range... so if level 25-30... put in lvl25-30 items etc...
Have not tested out this fully... so try it out... also... was in a full group when this was achieved.

i was in a group at level 18ish last night on hardcore and some nutjob threw in a level 30 O_o took a few towns to down and it was dishing out 350+ crits

I didn't even have to heal myself once my earth charm was just annihilating
