Do what I do, Rex. Simply say "BRB, CAUTION" and then BAIL OUT. At least that way, you warned the group, instead of just vanishing. Had several people tell me they appreciate the warning (as I was the tank) because they will wait for me rather than just not know whats going on. Seems to work out ok, have not died yet and have done both soloing and group play.
