but thats the thing some people can find a good deal on lets say a 150%ee lvl 50 but only a 100%ee lvl 55 what would you chose?

depends on deals too, not everyone has a ton of fg

And i mean that alot of people on budget so if they can get a good deal on something at that lvl it may outwiegh something that would be similar at 55

ur a liar and u know it the lvl 50 one would do a shitload more dmg than the lvl 55 and for less mana

i dont lie i am honest i would like to have a 55lvl charm instead of a 50lvl one ... even it has lower ee
