The best char with cheap gear for welling is a caster rogue.. the cheapest char is the one im currently using, staff rogue, but they cant well for shit lol

charms are expensive but you can look at the int gear on the mp for a rough estimate.. im talking like CHEAP compared to robes and daggers/staffs.. 100 fg for a 40 int wep, 100 fg for a 40 int armor
