Don't over do it either, you have to rest at least one day out of the week, or you'll wear your body out and wont benifit from the workouts.
yeah i know i rest on Thursday and Friday.
workout on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. And do some jogging on either Saturday or Sunday depends on what day that suits me.
but now time for bed, 1 am
