i get like 2 mobs with my equips they are mass criting me and doing dmg > me wtf

e/ are the proficiencies based on damage inflicted, or the number of mobs killed?

I think its just based on how often you use your weapon.

but im not sure, i got 2 into daggers and it gives me a bonus 2% ee
