Not a ton. Now that you're a pally though (pally just has a little bigger mana pool), if you set your whistle to lvl 1 monsters, you can use that charm to shave a bunch of time off of having to regen

noted! havnt ever whistled b4 but may look into it

If you type in /whistle 1 you can do your normal catacombs exploring, then when you get to the point where you would go back to town to regen your life, you whistle and use your heal charm to heal yourself while fighting level 1 monsters who do basically no damage to you

You can click it, or hit T that will whistle aswell.
