Back a few months ago when I had my run in with the stomach issue they tested me for everything under the sun and couldnt really tell me what it was after all of it.  Hopefully they can at least pin yours down, even if it's bad it would be worth knowing in my opinion, rather than just "oh we don't know whats wrong wait it out and see if you die" that kinda sucks.

having severe car issues at the moment as well, its an old car, 14 years old, and i think the cold start sensor (engine coolant temperature sensor) has gone on it, but cant work it out, because it doesnt like starting from warm, then floods the engine if it cuts out and you try start it again... got the haynes manual out and working out every possible fault!
