I'm considering selling my melee gear and going caster.

Anyone have any experience with casting that could give me insight?

also whats the price difference of caster gear to melee gear?

I figure i have around 4kish worth of melee gear

is that enough to start off a caster?

well mate tbh i started a caster with 3k fg and got only mq charm and some lower lvl int and melee items. i think for a good caster its gonna cost xxk fg u need every 5 lvls for dmg charm and every 10 for heals imo. wallaces caster setup is super sexy and his mq charm alone is xxk fg ^^

you probably could do it tho i probably got ripped hard

i was thinking of using charms with 9x ee to 45 then a mq charm with 120-140 ee..

any idea how much the charm set with that ee would cost?

i once before used a mage with 39 intel armour / 34 dagger with nice sidemods / 152 ee lightning and 109 ee focused heal...this was my wellsetup and tbh it worked ok. nothing special pretty basic. but after using wallaces 51 int dagger 49 int armour and 175 ee ice, id highly recommonend spending that little bit more and trying to earn fg from drops in catas...i personally dont have much time or patients thats why i suck at this game hard. but you seem to know what ur doing
