You only pre-pay the fee if you put the item up for over 20 fg. So that's why it's good to get everything PC'd first to make sure that it's not unreasonably high when you put it up.



Nah just plain life steal isn't good anymore, it has to be coupled with something else. I'd just put it up for 1 fg
