yeah but you are using focused and your crit heal will not be much higher then that where as i can hti 700 heals and prob have a higher avg
you also have rank 21 in swords and rank 11 in focused heal ......
that 21 extra ee added to the 13 already is a BIG difference in the long run

and its only a cheao build because i sold you that hm charm vs like 70 fg and the swords you did not buy and imo that robe is not that good for a weller


with an avg heal of 390 and crit heal not being much higher good luck with a good well monster that ACTUALLY is critting you .

well in my honest opinion if ypou dont wanna spend at least 4k then dont bother will be a waste of your fg imo

Monk setup:
13X STAFF (399fg)
21str/13int Robe (7fg) or 33% HM Robe (self found)
41% HM Charm (70... yours) or 34 Str Charm (self found)
102 ee Heal (jesses) or 87 ee Focus (250fg) .... NOTE: should have bought the 97ee focus when it went for 200... no fg at the time and was told not to bother

Above is what I was referring to with my build... before Ninja... welling better than my barb setup.

Yes... Ranks make a HUGE difference... and you know that.. that is why you are hunting them

i didnt say u couldn't well with that set - up but say along comes a gg monster gl keeping upo the heals with teh crits they tend to hit( especially with wearing a robe imo)or without running outta mana
cuz the crits tend to be at least 300+ dmg easy i seen my hybrid get smoked by a 2k + hit the one time welling a heavy lol


im just saying the more fg you spend the better chance you have at getting soemthing i return ad successfully welling alot
and yeah 1 more ee at high levels make a bigger differnece then you would think it would especially if you already ahve something at 140 ee ish or +

I would have to agree... the 'GG' monsters are usually the ones with the 'GG' items... and you have to be pretty 'GG' yourself to bring 'em down.

As for the monster hits... those are a prat when you are level 55 trying to well a level 55 item...
Before Nerf... my mage use to do that... now it sucks...

Thoughts on welling:

1. rogue casters are no longer viable. i've heard well geared mages have enough trouble, a rogue wont have nearly enough mana.
2. a hybrid weller will be expensive. the issue of getting enough int with enough damage is a big issue.
3. a guardian will be harder to get the gear, but could well be your best bet. plenty of starting int/vit, then just add all points into str or dex depending on gear
4. a mage will be expensive to be good.


@ragnarka: climb as a mage, youve got really sexy gear for it and when you get your profs up to that sort of level again you'll be a huge asset in catacombs
