I welled with both a 141ee wild and 106ee regular heal.  the regular heal beat the wild hands down and it was quite a bit less ee.  consistency is a MUST when healing during welling.


Hhhm what eq should a Well gaurdian have?
EE club/axe,
Hm or int? + ee armor,
gg heal charm?


Also:
Rex I don't think I'm making a well mage anymore,
since after the update it would cost me like 3k and I dont want to spend that much :P (yet)



Also:
What about a caster rogue?
High dex, also the ability to have some more def with scales/leathers.

You would want to go the melee route, my bad... got you confused.

Ask trevor, but I think you would want high EE on weapon, then have an armor with EE and maybe a stat like STR/DEX/INT. All would be useful for their own reasons.

Get a HM charm in your main to boost your heal? EE Heal in ACC slot for healing. Then just grind away melee style, and heal yourself when needed.

This would be perhaps cheaper than building a mage weller, check with the rest of our gang first though, they have more experience with melee hybrid welling than I do.

I think he needs help with gearing, not so much the cost.

EE on weapon of course, and if you can find a good 2nd mod like MANA SYPHON or +MANA, that would be prime. Even +INT would be good as 2nd mod.

Armor, I am not sure here... EE first? Or do you go for good caster mods? Probably need the EE to tank hits, so similar to weapon.

Charms would be HM then +STR or DEX or INT if you can find one reasonable for your main slot. Generic EE heal on accessory slot.



Let me know if I am somewhat close to the "cookie cutter" hybrid guard weller.

Okay...

Here are some options:
1... get to pally.. then build hybrid Melee/Healer
2... get trev to let you know the guard setup... his was not cheap at all... you would be spending around 3 k also
3... go for the Rogue idea... before the prices of the scales increase

Let us look prices based EE/HM on the items:
Dagger/Staff/Swords = expensive
Clubs = less expensive but increasing... swords can be cheap... based on the mods
Axes = expensive... but once again it is dependent on the mods

Robes/Plates = expensive
Leather/Scales = less expensive

So... look at the mods first... then compare the price based on type... this could give you an indication on what is achievable at a reasonable price.

Well those side mods will cost allot,
I'm making a cheaper one first and if I get some nice wells I can upgrade it ofc!

that can be,
BUT should I go with:
ee wep, ee/hm armor, hm charm, ee heal.

or:
int wep, int armor, dmg charm, ee heal.

And yes scales/leathers are very cheap
Rare petrified scale armor,
Physical Defense: 21 to 85,
Magical Defense: 13 to 39,

+43 Intelligence,
+3% Mind Numb

is up vs 35 fg

and a 56 int one is up vs 1k :P

That is really cheap,

but what would be the mana of the rogue if I go pure int?...

Wouldn't it be fcking low?
