You can borrow my heals if you join, they are plenty good enough for catas. Only ones I am missing is 15 and 45, but youll be fine in the gaps.

nah you can call them

tell them it's bad enough and it's interfering with normal daily activities and work

tell them you would like to come to the office and pick up a prescription
