Did not quite understand it either.
Persistent Groups may indicate that while you are cata'ing, a person can leave cata and then rejoin while rest of group is in the same area, thus if someone DC's in a TD, they can come back to the same cata group and still be in the TD... sounds this way to me.

Misread it for sure.

LS is laggy... again... for like the 5th time this week my pings are all 120ms ++, and they are normally 40-60ms. Ridiculous.
