yes, INT only is the way to go, however your starting 10 points I might suggest doing 10 VIT or 5 VIT 5 INT, this helps add a LOT of life at the end of your climb when you do most of your high end welling (Level 64+)
my weller right now did the 5INT 5VIT and it is working nice, and i have done PURE int before and your max life is just too low, you can get 1-shot-KO'd which sucks...

use the Ladder Slasher trade forums, and browse for caster/mage gear. place bids on stuff, and if you win, they will put it on the marketplace for your winning bid.
