the higher the level the better

maximum stats and EE for items only spawn on 55 lvl items but they are more expensive to transmute though.

just make a bunch of mules and send your stuff to them until you have a bunch of things to mute.

ive muted 100's of things this week and only found one decent thing.

you just need a large quantity and a little luck.
