I couldnt edit my last post but...
Just wondering when you select the level of fishing you'd like to do, how does this work? I tried a couple level 3 fish and I fished it fine, @ 1 prof what is preferred? Can I do higher than 3?

The only time it's beneficial to fish above your lvl is when you can catch the next tier fish. Like when you hit LvL 3, fish at LvL 5. Otherwise, it's just a bit slower and does you no good.
You won't get better fish by doing it normally.
