I remember when I was in HS I hit a golf ball well over 700'. I'm not sure if that's good or not. 100% truth too btw.

700' as in 233+ yards??

If you can hit it 230+, you're hitting a good ball.

I remember one of my buddies having a handful of golfballs in his baseball bag and we pitched them to each other after baseball practice. Our fence was 300ft on left field and around 375ft center. I remember hitting a golfball with my metal Easton bat where it went over the fence probably 100ft in the air and the thing looked like it was still climbing. Hitting one of those with a bat is absolutley rediculous...

Believe it or not, it's the same with a golf club, in the case of distance, a driver.

My buddy I golf with can drive the ball consistently 300-320 yards. That's 900-960 feet.

A baseball bat is really just like a golf club. Metal surface meets golf ball surface. You actually hit the ball farther with a golf club/driver because it's longer and has more torque than a baseball bat.

Ohh... You guys calculate them in yards. I'm /fail. I guess my estimation of hitting one with a bat that was twice as far as my baseball field is normal for golfers...
