Just to clear up a few more things:
- Yes, these are extremely rare. Ridiculously rare.
- Yes, you could get higher than +1 (even more rare)
- Yes, there are additional usable items (not totems)
- Yes, all of this can only be found in multiplayer
- Yes, of course you will be able to team up with guildmates. In fact, you will get an item find and experience bonus for having a party entirely of guild members!
Oh, and you can form groups of between 2 and 5 members for multiplayer. This could be increased at a future point in time, but seems like a good starting point for now.
Oh, and the only feature left for all of this is the guild bonus aspect.
