Rex's heal and also the one I use are different, having ~30+int added is a huge benefit regardless of what everyone thinks. Plus this lets you use your casting charm in the ACC slot in catacombs, meaning less mana consumption. The +INT helps some to make up for the -25% effectiveness nerf.
