Usaully when casting in a cata you will put dmg charm in the acc slot and max mana in main...
And switch with int if you dont have to do any healing :P
But with that well thats a gg solo charm ;)
would go in main and heal in acc for a mana boost and healing boost :D

Heals should go in the accessory slot unless they have either INT or huge Max Mana on them, in my opinion. (this is on a CASTING character, not a healer)


Rex's heal and also the one I use are different, having ~30+int added is a huge benefit regardless of what everyone thinks. Plus this lets you use your casting charm in the ACC slot in catacombs, meaning less mana consumption. The +INT helps some to make up for the -25% effectiveness nerf.
