im actually doing the P90X workout as well, why are you getting so sore, expecially on the first day, you shouldnt be ripping so hard that you cant move, your just injuring yourself, you do the exercises until you cant anymore, and then you stop, dont push yourself, because your body is just getting more and more tired, and you can seriously injure yourself.

if you're not sore after working out for the first time in a long time.. you're not doing it right.
Muscle fibers tear, to re-build larger, and this is amplified on the first time especially since your body isn't used to it
