Hows many MQs has my armor gotten u so far?

Id be playing right now, but I might have a problem. I am having terrible headaches, kind of like a migrane without my eyes hurting from the lights. Any medecine I take right now (Advil, Tylenol, etc.) isn't really helping it and the pain is constant most of the time. Whenever I look down or bend down to pick something up my head is even worse.

According to my friend, his friend had something similar and they diagnosed him with something, but there is a special treatment of pills that he takes.
