If I have this:
staff-100 ee
armor-100 ee
charm-100 ee

does the ee add up?
if I do a hit w/ the charm, will it have 300 ee?

no you just have the 100ee form the charm!
ee on an armor increase the def of the armor and the ee from the weapon just counts if u hit with it!
