uhm... less than 10% warning means 0% warning... what about "max 10% warning" or "less than 20% warn"?
Or you mean exactly 0% warn?

i agree with these terms, however i'd renumber the 2. /4./ rule to /5./

note: i'd personally be satisfied if all the members wrote something about them into the guild notebox, that would probably get us closer to each other
