I was gonna say #1. Swords don't get amazing crits but the damage beats that particular staff overall unless you have sexy dex. #3 is the lowest price, not not a big killer imo. Whew is level 68? Rew.

If you can still get 1-3 kills at 15. You could be all set.

But if you're getting 0-2 ish
Then you need a new weapon.
