Hey man my Max bench was 230 when I did Powerlifting in High School.
My good lift was Deadlift, could do 450.
Squat was weak at 380ish.
I weighed 195-205 at the time.
Good lifts.
I never did any heavy deadlifts/squats until the last couple months and I dont think I have ever done a max.
My max bench like 4 months ago was 335lbs at probably 260lbs.
I am probably 265-270 now maybe ill do a max next week.
