Yes, it should be good though. I think it had to do with the guild forums being hacked.

He uses all same PW's.

That would do it.

Edit: I was going to say, this is most likely the case. Reformatting is unnecessary.

Not if someone already keylogged him.

When you get keylogged, they have access to everything on your computer.
The keylogger could stay logged in with your recent pw's.
