I have to agree with this, spamming the guild chat with these questions and arguments is definitely not what the rest of us want to hear, and is also something that can be warned over...

I believe that users who are locked can still receive pms, but users who have a certain percent of warns (maybe 50?) cannot receive pms. Not totally sure about it but still this crap doesn't belong here! :P

If you scammed on a previous account, your gold will be locked on your new multi account. It doesn't have to do with being on the same ip- repayment is your friend. :)
