Probably like 1 - 3 as a shrineable

I found it in Arena... and I can only Well TierIII up to TierVI (level15) items... I do not well items above that level because my barb
is only effective to well upto character level 25... after that... it gets a bit harder... I prefer to "Well" items @ 100%... so far... I can

it was worth a try. atleast its another +1 for the guild .. i am almost at mq again but i bet it will be my 3rd fail as well
and i am going to do the same if i fail again with barb.. just gonna buy some mage gear and start climbing and making an efficient Weller
