ive recieved 4 pms from alliance members who got jacked the last two days. you absolutely must spend your rescources or you will keep getting attacked. to make things worse TPM wing has 6 times the number of members we have and they seem to pick on all of us frequently. if you have an extra 200k sitting on a planet you will get jacked within 6 hours. try putting it all on cargo ships, send them to an inactive planet (8-12 hour round trip) as an attack, then logon when it gets back the next day. or send it to your alliance mates ranked less than you. good luck, lmk if you have any questions and read the ogame board! it is very quick and helpful!
