Sammy starts with higher dex, I usually like to get his dex evened out at 100 or 120 depending on how your STR looks. If you can get your STR over 120 at level 55 with gear on, then do 120 dex to balance. If you CANT get your STR to 120+ by statting 120 dex, then go 100DEX @ 55 with gear and throw the rest to STR.

it looks complex, but basically it boils down to:

at level 55, with your gear ON, you want either
100 DEX and over 100 STR this is possible with even low gear
or
120 DEX and over 120 STR this being optimum, needs better stat gear to hit

balance is key for melee damagers. you want your STR/DEX to balance eachother, with STR slightly in the lead. (but do NOT stat more than 120 DEX)
