Actually that pokemon is god awful when I played the game. I got one and it was the worst because it is a rock/dark pokemon.

Scizor is actually the shit if you want to talk about weakness.

Bug/Steel only weak to fire and immune to almost everything else.

Also the new pokemon in Black/White is Steel/Ghost with Levitate or a fire asorb skill.
