Well I decided to mute some things tonight, went through mid level axes, daggers, and staffs with not even a hint of ee or int. Thought I was done, but decided to try my luck at 25 Int robes, first one came out:

Rare elvan padded robe
Level Req: 25
Defense: 0 to 20

+39 Intelligence
+1 to 2 Mana per Attack

Pretty happy
