Just for fun now... I am going to keep an updated record of my Proficiencies.
Just to see them "Rise" or "Fall" (if death becomes me)

Sword Rank10 (7702/11000)... 70.01% already... nice... can not w8 for Rank11... going for Rank15 before working on my Axe
Axe Rank3 (1564/4000)... 39.1%... this is going slowly as I am going higher in levels than before
Club Rank1 (151/2000)... 7.55%... well I will not be starting this until I reach Rank4 in Axe... then this baby will rise to the occasion
Focused Heal Rank2 (709/3000)... 23.63%... one of the slowest Profs a barb can get... but still working on this baby...
Fishing Rank2 (1239/3000)... 41.3%... one of the Profs that I have been ignoring... but will get into this sometime later on... hope

I'm level 66 at the moment but I'll be MQ'ing sometime before the main MQ contest is over

Just MQ'd I finally hit 10 fails so now I've got this to look forward to at the beginning of every climb:


Strength: 20
Dexterity: 50
Intelligence: 60
Vitality: 20
Stat Points: 20

at least that is a way to look at things... the bright side of it...

I would actually probably intentionally fail my magician if I got past the second door. I really don't want to lose those stat points and my proficiencies would be lost on a character like samurai unless I decided to cast on him. Basically what I'm going to do is slowly sell off my melee gear and then buy some int swords and plates so as soon as this impending reset finally rolls around I'll literally already have all the gear I'll need to cast all the way to warlock. My goal would be to use my int robes and daggers on my mage and then once I pass on him I can use int swords and plates for samurai and paladin. Then I have to switch back to using robes for monk and ninja but I can use the int daggers and swords for those guys and once I pass on ninja I'll have gotten as far as I want to get! Basically if I get a warlock I'll be the happiest person ever.


But anyways, those extra stat points really do help a lot. If I wanted to, now I could make a 10 int magician and a 10 vita magician AT THE SAME TIME! But I still prefer 5 vita and the rest into int

Sounds like you have it worked out...
As for myself... going Pure Melee with Healing Proficiencies... that way I will be mostly welcome in any Cata...

I am not sure I want to go for 10 Fails... just for the 10 stats... but time will tell... now that I have bought myself a better level 30 armor...

managed to get my samurai to 71 this morning, gonna MQ tonight ladies n gents! wish me luck!
