I just read this on msn's site. To me this means they figured it out

I have a hunch. You can't reply with a quote (like I just did here) and also put a youtube link and have it embed. You need to do a fresh reply with no quoting of someone else for the youtube to work.

concur, if you need to quote and youtube maybe remove quote brackets as such and it might work
