If you've stayed with them for a 4 hour + climb it means you must have been with them for quite awhile. lets say 50+ levels.
Knowing this, you should have made sure to keep up your actions and if you were to afk, please notify them if you were doing such.
Also, your actions must have been much less than their own for them to even speak out about it. they are very reserved members
and do not resort to anger unless it really tips the iceberg.
They did say 600+ actions behind, and even if Jimmy (who often gets behind on actions) got more than 300 actions behind, I would yell at him as well.
Jonas, if you think you're not going to be able to participate in the catas then just stop and play later.
Also they said you had been seen on JSP like 70 secs earlier when they stopped healing you, and that you had gone afk again.
