this however your dmg and mana is tie with how much mcc you want to do

to do high mcc with light I you need mass int means high crits and more avg dmg and I would say light is close to wind but wind don't give you low dmg input like light
to do high mcc with ice you need mass int and mana since it consistently hit

all my comment is base on my experience and opinion it is up to you whether or not to follow it

if their intel is blocking some of my dmg its 4-5 casts
