Next time you get a chance see if moving off the well cancels the action in the same way a d/c would. This could prolong your Wells even when you need to save a rod. Just a thought on unexplored mechanics

I'll have to give it a shot. I've been having much better luck lately with finding wells and with making rods last. I found a well pretty early today and Craigs was nice enough to hold it open for me :hug: Got some decent fishing in today because of it
