I slept akwardly last night and half way threw the night when I woke up via pain I just ignored it and went back to sleep

Now when I move my head my neck tenses up and stops me... lol I feel paralyzed.

I moved away from home, I got no Internet in my appartment so 2 solutions :
1) Active on forum at work
2) Active at LS when I go times to times to cybershops
