i play softcore it would suck for me to die at lvl 20+ in hardcore, i just woulnd't like it

i have a question, at what lvl would i start gettin ok/decent items, im lvl 28 atm and im just wondering this, k thx .

its all luck. at lvl 25 you start finding lvl 15 items. and at 30 you start finding lvl 20 items, etc. the mods on the items are all random. it doesnt get better as you move up in levels. also, i see you left the guild?
